The investment properties are located in Mainland China (Chengdu and Guangdong) and Hong Kong . The portfolio of investment properties was acquired for long term investment purpose so as to provide a stable income stream to the Group. The Group is monitoring the capital gain and rental yield of the portfolio and is positioned to seek further investment opportunities in the business.
